Hello AFOLs and car enthusiasts!
My name is Gautier, I'm 43 years old, and I rediscovered my Lego during the 2020 Covid lockdown in Paris.
In 2021, a client asked me to recreate his Renault 5 Maxi, which I did! A car this iconic deserves its rims!
I came up with the idea of making rims because I found the Lego ones uninteresting, and I wanted a collector's item without adding anything "non-Lego." It really gives our cars a whole new dimension! All the rims are entirely designed by me using 3D software.
I'm a true enthusiast; in real life, I own a 1985 BMW 628CSI. It's not the most powerful of the series, but it's perfect as a daily driver.
